With over 25 years of business experience concentrated in talent management and organizational leadership, Lisa Charnitz provides services related to turning points in organizations such as strategic planning, talent development, compliance, training, health and benefit planning, performance management, systems review and development and due diligence. Lisa holds a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.), with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (B.B.A.), with an emphasis in management and organizations and a minor in sociology from the University of Iowa. Her experience spans a wide variety of industries such as local government, sales and marketing, financial, commercial construction and management consulting. Lisa enjoys tacking the needs of dynamic organizations by optimizing their outcomes during small to large turning points. Volunteer passions have been exercised at the state and local level of SHRM in several leadership roles, as a former Board member for Community Health Care, Inc., the Quad City Health Initiative, and as a Board member and continuing volunteer for United Way of the Quad Cities. Lisa and her husband Jim reside in Bettendorf, Iowa with their feline human whisperer, Sadie.
